The title of this book is The One-Eyed Giant. The author of this story is Mary Pope Osborne. It is a spectacular book. I would rate it three stars because the bad part is the One-Eyed Giant, Polyphemus, slammed two of Odysseus' men's heads together and Polyphemus ate them. The good part is Odysseus almost gets there. Odysseus and Ployphemus are the main characters. Odysseus is very nice and loves his family. Polyphemus is really mean and hates Odysseus. People in Greece and people who like giants would love this book.

The main characters are Polyphemus, which is the One-Eyed giant's name, and the other one is Odysseus.
The one-eyed giant is mean and Odysseus is very brave.
There are five settings. The main one is Polyphemus' home. There are lots of ram and sheep.
There are lots of problems in the book, but the two main problems are the one-eyed giant and his curse on Odysseus.
I really like it a lot because he goes to lots of cool islands. He goes to Troy and the land of the Lotus Eaters and more.
Maybe peopke who live in Greece would like it because it is in Greece.
I would give it four stars because I like it, but its not the best book I've read. I like it because there are lots of cool islands.

The main character was Odysseus. Odysseus liked to be a farmer because he had orchards and was a gardner. He was loving. He had his parents live with him. The setting was all around Greece, on different kinds of lands. Odysseus and his men got stuck in a cyclops' cave. I loved reading the book. I liked reading about his many adventures. I liked reading about Odysseus and his men escaping a huge Cyclops. I would give it five stars. I loved reading about when he was stuck in the cyclops' cave.

The One-Eyed Giant by Mary Pope Osborne was an awesome book. The main characters are Odysseus and his men. Odysseus' men were not very smart when they opened the sack that the wind god had given Odysseus. Odysseus was scared when he would have to answer the call to war against the far city of Troy. The setting takes place in Ithaca which is in Greece at daytime and night time. The problem is that when Odysseus was sleeping his men were wondering what he was hiding from them. They discovered that it was a sack and now all they had to do is find it, so they searched and found the sack. They thought gold and silver was in it, so they opened it. And they were really clo,se to Ithaca. The wind in the sack flew out, then suddenly Odysseus woke up. He was going to fight the wind but it was too late. He asked the wind god for help, but the wind god said no. I feel sorry because the wind god did not help them. I think people who live in Ithaca would like this book. I would give this book four stars because it is great but not the greatest book I've ever read.

The title of the book is The One-Eyed Giant by Mary Pope Osborne. It takes place in a cave and it was 3,000 years ago. The main character is Polyphemus. Polyphemus was mean like when he threw a rock at Odysseus' ship. Polyphemus put a boulder in front of the exit. This book was crazy like when Odysseus stabbed Polyphemus' eye. People that are curious might like this book. I would give this book one star because the One-Eyed giant banged two men's head together.
