5 out of 5 stars A Tribute to Archbishop Edward J. Hanna   March 21, 2007

Fr. Gribble's excellent work on Edward J. Hanna, a Prelate who serve his Church, Nation, State and City. A great man who left his See to live his remaining years in a mental fog in Rome. Hanna is remembered for expanding the Archdiocese. His work during the 1934 Pier Strike, still remembered. If you enjoy San Francisco, California, Catholic Church History. I wish many now deceased monsignors, priests, nuns and laity, could have read this book. Please read this book.
