Product Description Have you been experiencing strange and unidentifiable physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual symptoms that leave you wondering if your sanity is intact? Have you found yourself going through rapid transitions with your career, personal relationships, and living situations? Have you experienced an unusual amount of loss of late? Beginning in the year 2000, we began an intense and rapid process of human and planetary evolution called ascension. Every inhabitant of the planet Earth is now or will shortly be going through this process of raising our human and planetary consciousness, as we begin to arrive in the higher realms, or in a more highly vibrating reality. The first of the Life In The Higher Realms book series, The Ascension Primer, clearly explains this process and how it is affecting us. You will learn: * What ascension is, how and why it began, and what it is creating in our inner and outer worlds. * An explanation of the process and its regular patterns. * How each and every one of us is being affected through a list of 40 ascension symptoms and life changing patterns. * How you can ease the discomforts that ascension creates through a list of tools for comfort. * Indications of reaching the higher realms or a very new reality and way of being that may seem confusing and very different. * What the New World will look like and how you can stay connected during these times when you may feel very alone. Through the pages of The Ascension Primer, you will come to know that you are not "losing it," that you are not alone, and that what you are experiencing is a complete and natural process of the divine.

Excellent Service .........As usual! August 19, 2008 The Ascension Primer This book was delivered within the time limits stated and in the condition as described. The book itself is very new age and very interesting. It answers some questions I have had unanswered for a long time. I recommend the book for anyone who is open-minded to the possibility of a new and very different beginning.
Someone was finally able to put it into words! July 29, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Karen Bishop has the gift of putting into words what cannot be truly be so. She speaks and writes about the subtle dimension we all try to come to terms with as if she is actually writing about any 3D subject. This is a rare mastery, but I thank her for being so clear, right to the point, practical, and not an ounce "New-agish" about the ascension phenomenon in general. And besides all of the above, reading her is a pure delight, it is like eating a dessert, for her style is flowing, moving, never boring - on the contrary, one looks forward to read on and gets hooked to the point where one wants to get all her books, and devour her website (www.whatsuponplanetearth.com) and her energy alerts. This is a highly evolved soul who truly walks her talk (she doesn't respond to e-mails because it dissipates her own energy) and she explains in minute detail everything an empath or a "sensitive" is going through, to the point of being litterally STARTLING. If you feel unsettled, going through chaos in your life, having lost your marriage, job, relationships... Read the Ascension Primer and you will know the reason why. And what is truly odd is that you will actually ENJOY these losses, because you will know the reason why it happened. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would definitely have put that. Karen, wishing you starlight in your eyes and miracles abounding. Thank you for this great contribution to humankind.
"Review" above isn't a real review May 25, 2007 16 out of 17 found this review helpful
The first review above mentions "Virginia Tech." This book was published almost a year before the Virginia Tech massacre. I doubt "B. Hoogerbrugge hapybrian" has even read this book. This book is about a controversial topic and it's not unusual for people to write false bad reviews in support of their own cause.
Unfortunately, there is no "zero stars" option May 23, 2007 1 out of 35 found this review helpful
EDIT: Richard D. Hoy has written a review which isn't a review, in which he slams my review. See my comments on his review for my rebuttal.
The arrogance of this writer is unbelievable. She makes claims as if they were fact, with nothing to back them up. She uses mumbo-jumbo lingo and passes it off as the writings of the learned. "We are living in a higher vibrating reality"? This is nonsense, and communicates nothing to the reader.
I am particularly OFFENDED by her suggestion that people who lost their lives (Virginia Tech, and 9/11) did so WILLLINGLY, in some act of sending a message. She dare not speak for the dead!
I would like to know, where the author gets her knowlege. How is it that she received this magical knowledge, and what makes her so special that she should receive it? To pass her blathering off as wisdom is irresponsible and misguided.
I fear her. I fear because there are people who are lost, and they may stumble across this book and, thinking it a means to find their way, only end up worse than they started.
If you are seeking answers, use the brain that God blessed you with, and look elsewhere.
Confused? March 8, 2007 9 out of 18 found this review helpful
Karen Bishop claims many others have misinformation, yet it would seem she does. I would not recommend this book for anyone seeking a higher path in terms of spiritual growth. She resonates intolerance and anger toward those she sees as not on her level, where most of us would see individuals simply at different levels of growth in this incarnation. I certainly wouldn't want to ascend in the manner she describes, which I think she has confused with a loving state. A view from a lightworker.
